Delivery costs to your door are a standard 40,00 Euros, whether you order 1 or 1,000,000 items, the amount will always be 40,00 Euros. Are you items always available? On IBUYEXT you can purchase various items for furnishing bathrooms as well as accessories. All purchases through IBUYEXT can be paid by credit card or wire transfer. Payment must be carried out when ordering and before delivery. All items sold on IBUYEXT are subject to availability. Customer service verifies stock availability and will inform you within 48 working hours from your order by sending a confirmation of the order to your address. If the item is available and payment is made with a wire transfer, IBUYEXT Customer Service will send the customer "Confirmation of Availability" within 48 hours from order. The confirmation will contain your order details, ordered items and all instructions and information regarding wire transfer. The wire transfer must be made by customer within three days from receipt of "Confirmation of Availability". After having carried out the payment, the customer will send IBUYEXT Customer Service a copy of the wire transfer payment containing all the details. IBUYEXT will send the customer the order confirmation after having received said copy. The order confirmation will indicate the number of boxes that will be shipped and will initiate all shipping operations. Should the item to be purchased with a wire transfer payment, not be available, IBUYEXT Customer Service will inform the customer by e-mail informing out of stock item and the order will be cancelled. If the ordered item is available and payment is made with a credit card, IBUYEXT Customer Service will record the amount made available by the customer for the payment of the items ordered and will send the customer "Confirmation of Availability" with order details and number of boxes to be shipped. At the same time IBUYEXT will initiate all shipping operations. Should the item not be available when purchase is made with a credit card payment, IBUYEXT Customer Service will e-mail the customer to inform on item unavailability/out of stock and the order will be cancelled. In this case no amount will be debited to the customer's credit card. All purchases made through IBUYEXT are handled by delivery services specialised in door-to-door deliveries. To apply the Right of Withdrawal, it is necessary to fill in the downloadable Return Form. >>> Read and download Return Form The Right of Withdrawal can be exercised under the following conditions. Thoroughly fill in the Return Form. The Return Form must be sent to IBUYEXT Customer Service within 10 days from receipt of goods. All items will have to be shipped back using their original package, except for items accepted on reserve due to damaged boxes. The items should not have been used, modified or damaged. When returning the item/s the packaging must be appropriate for it/them to arrive undamaged. Each item will be sent with one single delivery. Each item will be shipped to the sender no later than 10 days from date of receipt. For returns only couriers chosen by IBUYEXT can be used. Returns made through couriers other than the ones indicated by IBUYEXT will not be accepted. Shipping charges following a Right of Withdrawal are paid by the customer, except for damages due to transportation and notified to IBUYEXT 48 hours from receipt of the delivery, as stated by the terms and conditions. Shipping charges following a Right of Withdrawal are equal to 10% of the value of the goods plus a standard 40 Euros. If all the above conditions are met by the customer, the refund for the cost of the returned goods will be made, deducting delivery charges. Should the Right of Withdrawal not be acceptable because not all the above conditions have been met, IBUYEXT Customer Service will contact the customer to inform them of the non acceptance of the Right of Withdrawal and therefore the impossibility of refunding the amount paid for the purchase of the goods. After IBUYEXT has verified that all the conditions to exercise the Right of Withdrawal have been met, they will refund the customer the amount paid for the purchase.
